1. No Liability for Broker Services

Sugar Group Pty Ltd acts solely as an introducer and does not provide financial, credit, or lending advice. We do not assess your financial situation, nor do we make any recommendations regarding specific loan products or lenders. All advice, services, and loan arrangements are provided exclusively by the referred mortgage broker, who is a licensed credit representative or licensee under the National Consumer Credit Protection Act 2009 (Cth).

We make no warranties or representations regarding the suitability, quality, or outcome of any services provided by the referred broker. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sugar Group Pty Ltd disclaims all liability for any loss, damage, or claim arising from your engagement with the referred broker.

You acknowledge and agree that any referral fees, commissions, or other financial arrangements between Sugar Group Pty Ltd and the referrer are strictly confidential. You must not disclose, publish, or communicate any information regarding such arrangements to any third party without the express written consent of both Sugar Group Pty Ltd and the broker.

5. Eligability to recieve a Referral Fees

1) You need to be referred by a current client of Sugar Group. 2) The referred loan facility needs to settle via the broker Sugar Group Referred to, and 3) the settled loan must be greater than $500,000.
